The idea for the BackRelieve was originally formulated in December 2008 when we were looking for a convenient way to apply ice to the neck, back, and spine. There were many products on the market to address one small body area, but nothing that would address the entire back and neck region. So Dr. Soothe decided to develop a solution to fill this need.

The current BackRelieve product and design is the result of extensive research, innovation, and real-world testing. Over the last six years our team has worked with numerous product engineers, designers, material experts, manufacturers, physical therapists and back pain sufferers to arrive at our final product design.

The Dr. Soothe Team believes that life shouldn’t be limited by ongoing pain or discomfort – not when there are versatile treatments available. We are adamant that nobody should have to cope with the debilitating side effects of unwarranted medication … We want anyone who must deal with back pain to be able to address their symptoms quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
