Dr. Soothe proudly stands behind the quality, performance and fit our all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Dr. Soothe purchase or gift, simply return your new/unused item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All products must be returned in their original condition (determined by Dr. Soothe) - please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging and with the proper tags.

Dr. Soothe will process your refund, typically within seven (7) business days of receipt of merchandise. If your returned items were purchased using a coupon or promotion, we will subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your return credit.

Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser of the Dr. Soothe product.
